Community Comes Together: $8,500 Raised at Nocterra Brewing Audubon!

On November 6th, our team at Veteran Recreation Ohio joined forces with Nocterra Brewing Audubon for a night filled with laughter, camaraderie, and purpose. What began as a simple raffle event quickly turned into something much greater—hundreds of people from our local community came together to support veterans and enjoy an unforgettable evening.

The energy was incredible. Between the music, the friendly faces, and the excitement of winning prizes, it was impossible not to feel the shared sense of connection that makes events like this so special. Every raffle ticket, every handshake, and every cheer for a winner reminded us that when this community shows up, amazing things happen.

Because of your generosity, we’re proud to share that we raised over $8,500! This remarkable achievement will directly support our mission of helping veterans find healing and purpose through recreation. The funds raised will not only help send out our first approved grant—more details on that coming soon—but will also support future grants that make a real difference for veterans across Ohio.
