The Battle Doesn’t End at Home.

Veterans continue to face PTSD, depression, anxiety, isolation, and suicide. Veteran Recreation Ohio is working to change that by funding recreational opportunities that give veterans a place to reconnect, find purpose, and build community.

Lines of Hope follows veterans impacted by Veteran Recreation Ohio and tells their stories through the healing experience of fly fishing. On the water, surrounded by others who understand, veterans can find connection, purpose, and a community that extends far beyond the river.

Through Lines of Hope, we can show what becomes possible when veterans are given meaningful opportunities to reconnect.

Sometimes healing begins with a cast, a river, and a community that cares.
